As we enter a new phase of funding and growth, itโs an incredibly exciting time as we move beyond coaching to more community-engagement elements and to other game categories besides racing.
As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for taking a brand new digital product from its beta stage to mass market adoption. You continuously seek to evolve the industry standard for growth marketing best practices, rapidly inventing transformative new strategies to validate, launch, and scale our platform. Your work spans across product, marketing, and tech, and you will drive successful growth by leveraging the symbiotic relationship that exists between them. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test and learn approach, you strategise, implement, and execute go-to-market activities that ensure best in class customer acquisition, engagement and retention for our users.
Your responsibilities
- Define the growth strategy, execution, and optimisation
- Grow both the free and the paying user base and balance free user retention and high premium conversion
- Define multi-channel growth strategies based on product needs: SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, social paid and community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display and setting up growth / sales team functions
- Define, execute, analyse, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests
- Implement market viability tests, price testing, competitor research and branding tests
- Define and validate core KPIs such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV
- Help build, coach and mentor the Growth team in both technical and core competencies as we scale
- Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
Requirements
- Experience in a hands on growth role in a start-up and/or digital environment, actively acquiring users and/or growing and retaining a more mature digital business
- A proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross channel user acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives
